Version 2.2 Known Issues (Updated on October 8 14:00 UTC)

Greetings, Star Guardians.

We would like to inform you of the currently known issues in the game.

We are currently investigating the causes of these issues and working on fixes.

Any additional issues identified or resolved will be updated through this notice.

✦ Known Issues

- An issue where the ‘Timespace Junction: Extra’ tab in ‘Version 2.2 Update Overview’ under the \[Events] menu cannot be selected when a controller is connected to the iOS platform

- An issue where the cursor may intermittently not appear when entering \[Events] → \[Draw Bingo] while a controller is connected

- An issue where the amount of ‘Hawk Pass XP’ obtainable from Hawk Pass Missions is applied incorrectly

- An issue where error code ‘30021225-0’ is displayed and the game cannot be accessed when playing on the Steam platform * This issue can be resolved by updating the Steam build to the latest version.

- An issue where leaving a party at a specific location moves the character to a specific area.

* This issue can be temporarily resolved by reconnecting to the game.

- An issue where characters may occasionally fall endlessly beneath the ground

✦ Resolved Issues

- An issue where players may intermittently be unable to enter the Knighthood Headquarters (Resolved on October 8)

- An issue where a tutorial pop-up appears during the Main Quest ‘Leave It to Me!’, preventing players from progressing (Resolved on October 8)
