Multiplayer Layout Settings

Thanks to all of the suggestions for this feature on the Discord!

You can access via the Multiplayer tab using the “Spawn Settings” button.

• Use 1 of 8 patterns to automatically align your friends' cats
• Every pattern has an anchor that defines where it starts
• Cat slots can be disabled so that certain screen regions can be kept free (click on a preview cat to enable/disable a slot)
• Rotate all cats at once
• Swap two cats by dragging one onto another
• Snap Cats lets your cats snap into the pattern-defined slots
• The “Recalculate” button lets you re-evaluate the layout instantly. All cats you placed outside of the pattern will remain in their positions
• Use F6 when in a lobby to show a preview of all current slots
• And some more pattern-specific settings!

Quality of life:

• Open and close your inventory with Esc, M (Bongo Cat needs focus) or the middle mouse button (while hovering over your cat)
• Patting can be turned off (Settings > Interaction > Pat Cats)
• much shorter white flash on startup (we tried everything, looks like we cant fix this fully :< )
• Translucent On Hover is back (Settings > Interaction > Translucent On Hover)

Bug fixes:

• Fixed inventory sometimes not refreshing correctly
• Fixed randomly resetting emote wheel
• Fixed “Multiplayer Popup” setting where players couldn’t be gifted when the setting was turned off
• Fixed BongoDex hiding items from a fully hidden collection even though you have some of that collection
• Holding Enter doesn’t spam the chat anymore
• Fixed tooltips staying on screen although the menu was closed

I’ll have a look at some performance improvements next. And there is an even bigger update in the making :)
