The update fixes the following:
- Fixed Master Anglers bonus item drop rate which had been lower than it should be.
- Extended Master Anglers event runtime by 1 week to compensate.
- Fixed Devil Hand's effect animation taking an unusually long time to finish.
- Fixed goo panels using spectator panel graphics.
- Fixed Troublemakers' fire rendering.
- Optimizations to improve performance.
