Fixes
- Fixed a major portion of the issues causing the Static Compactor to sometimes fail to unearth objects during the Convergence and Sample Recovery Landsraad missions.
- Fixed an issue where some players on the Harmony World had a Sub-Fief Console on the closed Deep Desert server, causing the Sub-Fief to count toward their total land-claim limit. We also cleared all vehicles that remained on the closed DD servers across all worlds.
